ABOUT TECHNOPARK POLIMED

TECHNOPARK POLIMED – a company, established and operating in the city of Dubna, Moscow region. Dubna – is a region with a high potential of scientific, technical and innovative development.

2001 – city of Dubna becomes the science city of the Russian Federation. National tasks in the field of fundamental science, defense of the country and the production of science-intensive models of technology are being successfully realized here. More than a third of those employed in the economy work in the scientific and production sphere. Of these, about 300 doctors and over 800 candidates of science, 10 academicians and 8 corresponding members of the Academies of Sciences.

2005 – on the territory of Dubna city (Moscow region) a Special Economic Zone of Technical-Introductory Type “Dubna” is created. Technical and innovative activities are conducted in SEZ “Dubna”, including medical technologies and composite materials.

2010 – Nanotechnological Center "Dubna" is created for the implementation of a full cycle of services for the development of start-ups in the field of nanotechnology. The main specializations of the Nanocentre "Dubna" are: fine chemicals, metals and cosmeceuticals.

2016 - The Medico-Technical Cluster of the Moscow Region (MTC MR) is created with the aim of keeping and strengthening the leading position of the medical industry of the Moscow Region in the Russian Federation, and improving the quality of medical products and competitiveness of participants on the market of medical products through the development of scientific, technical and production cooperation.

In 2017, based on the infrastructure of a number of private companies TECHNOPARK POLIMED is created.

THE PURPOSE OF CREATING TECHNOPARK POLIMED - integration of industrial and service enterprises for the manufacturing of medical products through cooperation of different competences, such as:

- design, development and production of highly effective technological equipment of polymer manufactures;

- injection molding of plastics on high-performance specialized thermoplastic automatic machines;

- design, development and implementation of robotic systems for polymer production

-the development of high-tech equipment, innovative technologies in key areas of laboratory diagnostics, the production of products that ensure the reliability of diagnosis and the safety of medical personnel

- a specialized structure for the import and sale and service of technological industrial equipment.

The end goal of the technopark is to bring up to 50 percent the cooperation between resident companies.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The material basis for the creation of the Technopark is the availability of a full-fledged infrastructure, development and improvement of which is a guarantee of the progressive development of the Technopark Residents.

Technopark Polimed is situated on its own private land, intended for industrial use, with a total area of more than 13,000 m2.

 

The site is provided with communal, transport, engineering and technological infrastructure.

Presence of buildings for industrial production with a total area of more than 4000 m2

Additional technological infrastructure are:

- crane equipment with a carrying capacity of 10 tons,

- industrial ventilation systems, air purification systems EU3,

- systems of automated supply of polymeric materials,

- specialized clean rooms with cleaning class 7 ISO with cleaning zone 5 ISO.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Since 2010, the company has a certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)

In 2017, QMS has been again certified by an international certification body on DQS certification for the compliance with the latest version of ISO 9001: 2015 "Quality Management Systems. Requirements. "

Since 2017, the Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) operates at the company.

In 2018, it is planned to conduct certification of the FSMS by the international certification body Bureau Veritas for compliance with the requirements of the new version of ISO 22000: 2018 "Food safety management systems. Requirements for organizations involved in the food supply chain" and ISO/TS 22002-4:2013 " Prerequisite programmes on food safety -- Part 4: Food packaging manufacturing"

SOCIAL SUPPORT OF THE EMPLOYEES

The company received a high evaluation of its Corporate Social Responsibility on international portals Ecovaidis in 2017 and Sedex in 2018. In April 2018, the company will receive a SEDEX certification on the successful passing in January 2018 the audit of corporate social responsibility SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) in the following areas:

• health and safety;

• business ethics.
